Rutherford Technology High School

Time Management should be a lot easier this year for students at Rutherford Technology High School with every student being provided with a customised school diary.   As the result of a generous donation from Maitland City Bowling Club all students were issued with their own diary at the start of Term 1.  Designed to assist with time management skills, students will now be able to record homework, assignments, additional activities etc in their diary.   Senior students in particular are using the diary to manage their study time as they prepare for the HSC.

The diary is also a quick reference for timetables, staff details, bell times, uniform, school information, and classroom rules.

Principal Paul Tracey says “We are very grateful to Maitland City Bowling Club for providing funding for the purchase of diaries.   This was a significant purchase that would not otherwise been possible.  Time Management is a skill for life that starts with the use of a diary and our staff will be encouraging their use on a daily basis ”.
