An Aboriginal Health Expo is planned for Tuesday 5 September 2006 with speakers from Awabakal Health on hand to talk to students on a range of topics:
• Drug and Alcohol - David Maher
• Mental Health - Toni Manton
• Family Health - Sera Iancu
• Sexual Health - Paul Hingston
• Diabetic Co coordinator - Inez Carles And Dr Craig
• Dental - Shauna Naughton And Alice
• Otitis Media - Tammy Griffin
• Youth worker - Edward Smith
The Expo is a further service provided to Aboriginal students and complements the newly opened Homework Centre at Telarah where qualified tutors are on hand to help Aboriginal students with their school work and assignments.  The Homework Centre is open on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 4.30 pm – 6.30 pm and is proving a great success with local students.
